A forum for appeals from decisions made by the Administrative Official in interpreting any section of the Zoning Code as well as hear Variances from the literal provisions of Morrilton Code. The Board may impose conditions in granting a Variance to ensure compliance and to protect adjacent property.
The Morrilton Board of Zoning Adjustment Commission meets at 5:30pm on the fourth Thursday of every month. The meeting takes place at the City Council Meeting Room at 119 N Division Street, Morrilton, AR 72110.
